To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph978's total liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ph978 expressly excludes liability for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (b) loss of profits or revenue; (c) loss of data; (d) damages arising from Player reliance on Platform content; and (e) service interruptions caused by third-party systems, including GCash, PayMaya, telco networks, or internet service providers.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. ph978 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times.
ph978 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, for: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent activity; (c) AML compliance obligations; (d) regulatory requirements; or (e) any conduct ph978 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or ph978 itself. Where an account is terminated for cause, ph978 may forfeit funds associated with the cause of termination. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to Player breach, remaining wallet balances will be refunded via the Player's verified payment method.
Players may close their ph978 account at any time by submitting a closure request to ph978 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses at the time of voluntary closure will result in bonus forfeiture.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on their account and/or via Platform notification at least 14 days prior to the effective date of the change. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or such alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as may be prescribed by applicable PAGCOR regulations.
